My wife is a surgical RN charge nurse. The crap they have to put up with is incredible and amazingly it is often the doctors who are the culprits when it's not family members or patients. But she has this way of dealing with people without making them hate her and I just wish I had that kind of personality, but I don't.

She works ER, ICU and Rapid Response. So things are already highly charged in that environment.
