Does anyone have any experience with smokeless firepits? It seems too good to be true. You can sit around a fire and not smell like smoke afterwards.

We have the Solo and a Tiki. They are not smokeless when you are starting them, but after they get going and there is secondary combustion, there is very little smoke. Beats an open fire as far as smoke goes. We still use an open pit at the house for large groups but use the Tiki if it's just us and take the Solo camping. I can pack around half the wood for a camp trip for the Solo that I would need for an open fire.

You can cook over a gas stove and not smell like smoke too. What do they burn in these smokeless fire pits?

I really like the unique design of that pit, but something in the back of my head tells me it's familiar....something about me personally after eating ghost pepper jerky

I've used a solo. They work as advertised. If you are sitting around them, they don't put out as much heat as an open fire, though.

Solo Stove is pretty cool. I have a small one for camping.

If I needed something for a firepit, I would def consider their campfire sized one.

I bought a Breeo. Above is correct. It'll smoke like any of them when you're starting it. Once it gets ripping, it's pretty much smoke free. Mine puts out a lot of heat though.

Lowe’s and Home Depot sell propane fire fits that would be smokeless. If you’re more of a DIY, take a look at Woodland Direct online. Ton of fire pits, burners, glass, etc.

That's a nice one. Had I seen that before buying the Tiki I would have gone with Breeo.

I have the large Solo. As was said, smokes when getting started but then smokeless for the most part.
