My mother put them in everything when I was growing up and was not a fan at all  . I would even eat the deviled eggs, minus the egg white 1/2. I hated egg white in any form and still do. She was a great mother though.......... She put them in lots of dishes I really liked, but she would make me a separate bowl of whatever it was just for me without them. She also made me a bowl of banana pudding without bananas. Basically, wafer pudding. My wife said I was spoiled.  :

Does an egg white even have a taste?
Everyone has some kinda of quark, I'll eat cooked celery but not a fan of raw.

Try whipping it with sugar and then use it to top a pie. Thank me later.
