Missing hunting for baseball? My brother and I begged our parents not to enroll us in baseball so we could hunt and fish more. My son has two passions baseball and hunting we do both. It’s his choice not mine and I’m completely fine with it. He is very good at both so why not do both?

Baseball is the one sport that seems to hold the most parent's hopes, only to see them dashed. 'Met more than one idiot in the Boerne area that their entire plan for saving for their "darling's" college was a full ride playing baseball. And...it didn't work out. (Full disclosure: one of my son-in-laws is regurgitating the same BS about my grandson. The stats are against him.  )

The stats are against him. ) My son isn’t playing for a full ride or for me he is doing what he wants to do which is play baseball and hunt. His dreams are his own all I’m here to do is guide, teach, motivate, and hope he uses the tools I give him to make a good life for himself. I don’t give a chit about what anyone else’s plans or aspirations are or how they raise their kids or failed to raise their kids and now are suffering the consequences. Not sure what any of this has to do with him harvesting an old buck and making a great shot.
