My athletic shoes stay tied and fit perfectly. So -- when I'm doing my daily walk I occasionally scuff one foot and somehow get a piece of gravel in one shoe. I can stand on one foot and remove the shoe with the rock, dump the rock without putting my socked foot on the wet pavement/track, and then slip the shoe back on. At age 66 it isn't that easy. No way at all I could do that test in the video.

I have been doing yoga for 11 years 3 to 5 times a week. I can do this on my right leg but not on my left knee after 3 surgeries. 62 years old

To the old farts that do yoga: How do you focus on the move with all the young ladies in yoga pants around you? 'Never understood.
I was recently on a hunt with a 60-something that mentioned his yoga several times. I was not impressed with his mobility.

Head first into wall or floor would be my plan. There's a reason my shoes aren't tied most of time. I have trouble just putting on shocks sitting on couch! Hate when I get shocks on wrong foot!

Got nothing ta do with age, all about ballance center of gravity... usetacould, tis milage vs age... Every day wake up feeling like a ford, fix or repair dayly, clasic 57 body with alot of miles pappy
