A guy I know told me he owned virtual land, said he bought it a while back and it’s increased in value.

Sounds about as foreign to me as kissing a dude. I’m out.

I'm not buying any land I can't put my feet on--period.

History books many years from now will talk about all these digital assets the way we talk about tulip mania, emus, etc.

I haven't heard of it before - I guess I've stuck strictly to analog land so far but I'm gonna look that up...thanks BP...

I knew a guy that bought land like this back in the 80’s.
He told me how it works, and I thought to myself no way I would do that.
I think it was in Oklahoma, and he went to go look at it and wasn’t sure if he found the right parcel he bought.
I think it was 25 acres.
Later he told me he had sold it without any problems.

It is truly fascinating! I have some college friends that are very involved in the back end development, creator content, and advertising in the metaverse. I keep both feet firmly planted on Texas soil, but I definitely keep learning about where all this is heading.

I know two people that are buying property in the Metaverse, one owns over 1000 acres across Texas and the other has a $10m house sitting on a few acres off Inwood and Royal.
