Took a couple pounds of that Thanksgiving prime top sirloin, trimmed and finely cubed it, and made an amazing Stroganoff tonight. Just a little more work involved, than just the can of Campbells soup with some tough round steak, but it was awesome!! You can still use the easy ingredients, but blend it all in better. Ended up with about a gallon so plenty of meals, and left-overs again!!!:)

Good thought. Had a little red wine vinegar in the sautée, as I did the meat before the creamy additions. Yummy!!
