Hey guys new user and first time poster. New to hunting public lands and only hunter private in the past. Was curious if any of the Texas Public Land hunting areas are decent Spot and Stalk spots or if anyone has tried/had success giving it a shot. Please let me know your experiences and thank you all for the insight!

welcome
It can be done. But the blaze orange requirement add's and extra level of difficulty. I've had better success identifying deer high traffic areas and putting up pop-up blinds.

To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target.

Hey Dave thanks for the insight. I can understand the Orange adding to the difficulty for sure.
