I don’t hear too much about these , don’t see them in a lot of pics of folks with their harvest. I think it’s a solid manufacturer with a good reputation.

Anyone here own one and care to give some feedback ?

I had a Rock River Lef-t in 5.56 that shot tiny groups. It was very heavy, and I ended up trading it off. Was a well built rifle.

We stopped using them at the PD due to premature throat erosion and RR not wanting to support their product.

Our department ditched them as well for Daniel Defense-- I bought one back from the Dept and turned it into a cool little MK18 clone that runs just fine.

Ours had the civilian (non-milspec) buffer tubes so that had to be replaced in order to run the stock I wanted.

I have two, an ATH Hunter in .223 Wylde and a Coyote Carbine in 6.8. I really like them both and would buy another if I needed it.

Best AR I ever owned. I haven't had any of the real expensive ones though

I've owned the RR Predator Pursuit. It was VERY accurate and a great AR, a bit heavy but it had a heavier SS Barrel.

I then Bought a Seekins at twice the price, awesome gun.

IMO, The Rock River was just as good. .75" groups with good factory ammo

If someone asks what is a good factory AR...if the answer doesn't include Rock River, then I'd ignore the advice. My hog hunting buddy has two both AR10 in 308 and AR15 in 6.8...I would hate to know how many rounds he has on them and the stack of pigs they have killed would be very impressive. Buy it.

My Rock River AR15 is the first AR I owned, and although I'm not a big 5.56 fan, it is the best AR I have.

I've got one with the 18 inch bull barrel. It's a stone cold killer.

Solid manufacturer. They have been around for a long time. Buy with confidence.

I have 2, AR15 in 5.56 and AR10 308 stainless barrel. Accurate and run well. A little more weight than others but no problems with them.

Of the several I have owned and used, I kept the Rock Rivers and one pre-ban Colt HBAR. Of the ones I built, I bought RR uppers and put RR parts kits in Spikes lowers and have been quite satisfied. I like them better than standard DPMS, Anderson, Model 1 Sales, and PSA ARs. No knock on the others, just have had great reliability on the RRs and the fit and finish is excellent. I have a couple with the RR 2 stage trigger and I like it too. I probably have 5K rounds down my RR HBAR without a hitch. I have done all my load development in it too.

Own the same RR Predator Pursuit as well. Very accurate and flawless operation.

+3 on the predator pursuit being a great shooting AR. Wish I’d have kept mine but replaced it due to lack of muzzle threads. I’ve owned a couple RRAs and think they’re a good factory option if you like the handguard and barrel configurations they offer.

I have two, an A4 Varmint 5.56 and a AR 10 as well. Both are great, I would buy another.
