Got a pic of this old buck. Huge body and looks to be on the decline. Won’t score the most but a cool looking deer with a face only a mother can love

I don't think I could shoot an old dude like that. I think he has earned the right to live out his days...

Yup
He's seen a few sunrises and sunsets.

As far as shooting him goes, it is a lot nicer death than what happens naturally that is for sure so I'd have no problem putting a tag on him! Trophy in my book for sure as he is mature as they get.

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

He would get taken and consumed just like all the rest.

Agree ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

That old dinosaur has lived a long long time his days walking above ground peacefully are numbered and he does not have the choice of moving into a retirement home with assisted living this winter and telling tales about his younger days chasing tail

He would make a great Euro mount and put a whole bunch of Chili meat in the freeze up

Take him he's a great 9 1/2 or 10 year old. God bless him, but I would much rather shoot him then let him suffer a death by predator or old age.

Don't think I could shoot him.
Believe I would turn the feeder up a notch or two and see if he makes it to next year.
Getting soft in my old age.
