Sweet Tooth requested an omelette an toast for them this morning, so off to the stove I went. Ham, cheese, and mushroom for them which is simple. Had a bunch of leftover veggies for mine, so a nice Western ham/cheese/onions/mushrooms/jalepenos/green onion toppers for mine. Fixed up some jalapeño cheddar grits, to simmer while doing theirs.
