Haven't been to a gun show in years. Thinking about going again cuz I'm looking for some regular guns, not custom. What are you seeing at the shows these days?
I know, Jerky, Candles, smelly wax cubes, some fake jewelry , coins and over priced minutia
any good factory rifles and pistols, revolvers?

The FW gun show is one of my favorite things to go to. I miss it now that I've moved to my ranch. Folks on here talk about it as though there's nothing but AR's and scented candles, but I've scored dozens of guns there. The trick is to walk slow and actually look. My collection of pre-war Winchester and Remington .22's were supplied from the FW show. Most of them I got for less than a hundred bucks.

I went to the FW one a couple years ago before the suckness came around. You can find a needle in a haystack once and a while if you don't mind wading through the collector's that call themselves vendors (they have the same guns at every show with no prices on the tags that were filled out in 1978 or no tags at all), the tacti-kool mall ninja super-dealers with '57 Chevy aqua colored Glocks and AR pistols with fake cans longer than the barrel, and the a fore mentioned candle and purse dealers.
I like the Lewisville show the best.
Pass the gravy.

What a waste of time. I went today to find some chu wood for one of my Aks. Not one single vendor had any not did they know anyone that did. Wife got a scensty wax burner and my boys got the typical overpriced Chinese knock off pocket knives. $5 Pepsi. I always go to get butch to sharpen a few knives though. No enbloc clips to be found. $10 parking as well. In fact, the more I type the more heated I’m getting. I won’t return. But I also said that years ago

The one called “the original Fort Worth gun show” is the best. The other groups that have shows don’t seem to have as many vendors. I’ve found quite a few cool things over the years and always enjoy looking around. Back in the summer there was a guy from Florida selling his art. Pretty cool stuff so I bought 3.

I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

I like to go and look, prices are high and there are a lot of people but it’s still nice to look

Expensive day when you factor in parking and entry fee for me and wife.
