Klappenbach, Millie and myself all have duties the 1st two weekends of general gun season with none of us getting down for the 1st two weekends. This allows the other hunters unfettered access to go in and drive deer to our areas. That is until recently. At opening weekend of camp, there were only two of the eight hunters there.

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

None of us made it to the lease this weekend either for various reasons. Wife and I will be there tomorrow with the other 2 members showing up later this week. It is what it is!

Somes just tired from driving around NB all night with a crossbow.....

FR, you gotta go where the targets are…if the deer are all hanging around NB at night then you have whats called a target rich environment. I just don’t wanna read about a drive by crossbow shooting in the game warden chronicles. We all know hunting from the road is illegal…
