if you're looking for a remote launcher, i would go with slinger wingers. They're the quickest to set up and the cheapest "pouched" winger around.
i recently bought 3 of them and am very pleased with the purchase.
Zinger winger, gunners up and train rite are all also very good
check facebook "used retriever trainging equipment" as well as retriever training forum classifieds, entry express classifieds, etc.
