Gave this fella a pass yesterday, for 2 reasons. Believe he is maybe 3 and want to give him a chance to pass on some of those genes. Solid 8 with nicely polished antlers, would you folks agree on the age estimate? [Linked Image]

Hard to age from just these two pics. Pretty deer though and if he is 3.5 he definitely will get a lot bigger.

If I had to throw out a guess from these two pics, I'd guess him at 4.5 though.


High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!
