Meatballs (polpettes) are some of the most amazing foods in our arsenal. Italian, Greek, or American-with or without pasta, or made into sandwiches.......they are all good. Little ones to big giant ones, there are no bad ones!! These were 4-cheese Italian (Parm, Asiago, Romano, and Mozzarella), highly seasoned with herbs and spices. Finger foods, with sauce, basil, and more cheese. Worked out in the yard and garden all day, and since I had some fresh home-made marinara, I decided that meatball stuffed bread rolls would be perfect to warm up with tonight.
