My first thought was she looks pregnant. No other animal around is even close to this. No protein and haven’t had corn going very long. From the pics her belly isn’t just round it has a few indentations.

That Doe is definitely 'filled out' but I think some of the perspective is due to the camera angle (making her appear shorter coupled) and the lighting. I'd want a better pic (broadside, daylight) before declaring anything abnormal about her. Also, 'some' Does can get pretty large. Don't know about your hunting area but in Deep East Texas the older, mature does can weigh as much as bucks in other parts of the State. My older Brother killed this Nanny Doe on my place a few years ago. Though I didn't weigh her, she'd probably push 150 lbs.

This pic does show a distended paunch. Can't offer anything as to the cause, but not right.

I think she is just very old. She possibly could have had some type of injury to her in the past or a tumor/seroma inside her. I have seen a couple of does over the years that had them but did not look like this doe.

Worms, maybe? I've fought them worse than ever this summer in my sheep and goats. I have one on camera that looks just like OP's.

Something doesn't look right -- have you drastically done anything to their feed recently? Could be bloat of some sort if there is any recent feeding changes or food available.
Could also be worms or something else at play.
