I just realized that there are two different bucks. The one at night has a G-4 on the left. The one in daylight does not.

3.5 day time, and 4.5 night pic.
If I'm not hunting something I must be dead.

Both look middle aged to me
3.5 & 4.5
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Question for you guys...Why does everyone always throw in a .5 when aging? 95% of the time people guess 3.5, 4.5, but rarely do they say 3 or 4. I have always wondered why people age by half-years.

A lot of people use the half year. I primarily use the single digit. If I tell someone my age, I don’t use the half.

The same reason people use 4/8 instead Question for you guys...Why does everyone always throw in a .5 when aging? 95% of the time people guess 3.5, 4.5, but rarely do they say 3 or 4. I have always wondered why people age by half-years. The same reason deer are scored 4/8” instead of 1/2”. 3 year old deer.
