I was lucky enough to accompany my nephew on his WSMR oryx hunt and brought home a bunch of meat. I was just planning on treating it like elk or venison. Any oryx specific do's or don'ts? Favorite recipes? Thanks!

My opinion oryx is better than venison or elk. Treat it as if it was beef and enjoy ! up

Lucky!! One of my buddies that works out there was with a friend who tagged one last weekend, too.

Enjoy it!

Oryx is the best I ever had. Treat it like a high quality cut of meat, and don't cook over a medium.
