Smoking some ribs this Sunday, if I kill a small enough pig Saturday I’ll smoke it whole instead.

I think SnakeStrangler uses a pear burner to remove the hair, I’ll have to try that.

Yes Sir he does, pear butner & a glove. I always just used a big sharp knife & hot water, that gets old. I bought this fancy stainless pig scraper chingadera that you use with a cordless drill. The video looks like it works great/fast, but I haven’t tried it yet.

I did too last night. Pulled an all nighter. Lots of beer and I don't know how many shots of Crown. Something I haven't done in a long time, and probably won't do again for a long time.
