Smoking some ribs this Sunday, if I kill a small enough pig Saturday I’ll smoke it whole instead. Hoping you do! Leaving the skin on is a game changer, especially with feral pork.

Smoking some ribs this Sunday, if I kill a small enough pig Saturday I’ll smoke it whole instead. Hoping you do! Leaving the skin on is a game changer, especially with feral pork. I think SnakeStrangler uses a pear burner to remove the hair, I’ll have to try that.

I bought this fancy stainless pig scraper chingadera that you use with a cordless drill. The video looks like it works great/fast, but I haven’t tried it yet.
