Starving this morning, after not eating much except junk food yesterday while hunting. Tried taking a picture left-handed, while stirring the roux also. Doesn't work, like patting your head and rubbing your belly - almost dropped the phone in the roux! Voila, white pepper gravy for the egg base on toast, and leftover on the fries. Cheater's fries - 2 min in microwave, 2 min under broiler to crisp. Quick tomato, cucumber, yellow bell pepper salad instead of fruit.

Pure greatness.
