Thanks for posting. I'm going to have to do some research on this today. I know during the last session they were trying to ban Delta 8, but it went no where. Figured we'd have a reprieve at least until the next session. Guess they just went in and changed it.

All our CBD has less than .03% Delta 9 THC and all fully hemp derived and all have been third party lab tested with certificates of analysis. Wish the government would stay the hell out of our business.

That would pretty much cripple our business 95% of our sales from Delta 8.

But we saw this coming and my distributor created the Full Spectrum Plus gummy with the 10:1 ratio with such a high does of CBD and 10mg of Delta9 (hemp derived) it still falls under the <.03% Delta 9 THC level.

No problem. Big government can't get a share I guess. It's like that little kid who can't eat the candy bar so he'd rather destroy it that let somebody else have it.

Exactly what it sounds like to me. However, I read through the Chapter 443 and saw no mention of Delta 8 or any "Other Isomers". I also went to the DSHS website and saw the new piece about Delta 8 at the top, which was not there before when i got my license, and it does state that Delta 8 is a schedule 1 substance, but when you click on the link to see all schedule 1 substances there is not mention of Delta 8 or any "Other Isomers" either. Delta 9 is mentioned with the caveat of the <.03% hemp derived Delta 9 which is legal.

Insane they'd put Delta 8 up there with Meth, Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Heroine.

I think this is simply a government agency overstepping it's bounds and there is nothing in law about it. I'd say this has no teeth and will continue selling until they pass an actual law banning Delta 8.

Cool. Stories are popping up all over now. Only reason it concerned me is I have buddy who has become a recluse after bad burns he got in Afghanistan. He asked me to bring him some next time I go to his place. I'd hate to be stopped with it if I'm going to get in trouble.

Really sorry to hear about your friend. You might want to try some of the new Full Spectrum Plus gummies. They’re absolutely legal with no grey area. I personally like them much better than the Delta 8. I take them in halves because they’re pretty powerful. But some people need the extra pain relief or relaxation. They're about the same as the Delta 8, but with no psychotropic effects.

Also I can ship them directly to him, if you don’t want to travel with them. If you’re wanting to pick them up for him just put his shipping address in instead of your billing address. If you want to get Delta 8 gummies and send to him, I can throw in a few samples of the Full Spectrum Plus gummies for him to try so if he likes those in the future he can just get those instead of the Delta 8 and not have to worry about anything.
