H‑E‑B pre-seasoned special tonight. For those that don’t have H‑E‑B I’m sorry but they have some great stuff. Stuffed cornish game hen smoked at 375 for an hour. Bacon, cheddar and pepper potatoes along with parmesan green beans. Really hard to beat.

Birdies (Cornish Game Hens) are hard to beat. Really tasty and flavorful, moist if you don't overcook. Nice change of taste from chicken every once in a while!!

All I can tell you is that H‑E‑B sells them and they are awesome. Heated up in the oven and they are ready.

Is that one of their heat-and-eat meals that come in the little copper colored tins? I love those things and do them all the time. I honestly couldn't do any better and it's a serious time saver. Looks good!
