Long time since I posted something on this forum but I am back! I am planning to hunt public land this year since I have been unable to find a lease. It will be my first time actually hunting public land in Texas, but have hunted it back in Alberta for 7 years.

I live in Fulshear so I was thinking to hunt the SHNF. If anyone is looking to hunt, let me know. I have my own equipment for hogs, deer and waterfowl (for the most part).

I am a 28 guy, if that makes any difference.

LOL, to be fair, nobody knows who the heck you are. You haven't posted in nearly 4 years and even then it was mostly when you joined the forum. If you want the community to be active with you, it really helps if you are active with the community.

You guys crack me up. Can you imagine hunting SHNF with a Canuck accent Alberta no less? At any rate good luck on your quest.

If Ned Beatty couldn't make it I'd hate to see what would happen to a Canuck with a heavy accent.

Tolerance is the virtue of a man without conviction.

The end of the world began the day it was created, and life is a sexually transmitted terminal disease.

Yeah, that all does seem rather dubious. I am sure his alligator hunting buddies can help him out.

What's wrong with the Sam?

Somerville seems ok but on the Facebook pages guys said it's been flooded pretty bad and the duck hunters tend to run any big game hunters off.

I wish I had an accent. I have travelled around all over the USA and that joke gets old lol. People from Milwaukee and New Orleans can't understand each other. There's more accents than y'all would think in one country 😉

That's fair.

I haven't posted for 4 years on here because I've been more active on the Texas hunting pages on Facebook and actually working out of state. I kind of left the whole forum thing after I got banned from Alberta outdoorsmen for misidentification. Apparently people think I'm a 50 year old, toothless scammer.

tis a tough crowd for sure, and for good reason. A lot of scammers try to hit this forum.

Honestly I have no idea how it even started.

So Kegriver( who is Hogwart here) just decided to bully me and since he's an older member of the hunting community , sponsor of the forum and friends with all the admins he didn't get kicked or anything. People didn't know what his deal was. He said that I looked like some Chris guy who would take Americans hunting in Alberta illegally. I never even offered to guide anyone. I posted a photo of my hunts and that jogged his memory.

Kegriver has some history with the guy and took it upon himself to ruin any of my posts I posted there. I told the guy to get lost and was "disrespectful" to an older gentleman.

One photo is me and the other one is him. No resemblance.

These two are of me from my trip to Alaska in July.

You can see on here that he posted something and investigated. http://www.outdoorsmenforum.ca/showpost.php?p=2068542&postcount=139

After getting kicked there, and getting bullied here as well; I decided to skip on forums for 4 years. Not sure why it is so surprising honestly.

How am I scamming anyone? I am not offering any hunts or anything. I am literally asking for someone to go hunting with me so I do not have to go alone and get eaten by a sasquatch.

Now, that isn't the real truth, is it? You were posting there in 2019. So you haven't skipped forums for 4 years.

You caught me! I made a mistake and assumed I have been banned for that long.

But you are right. I must have got banned in 2019. What is your point though and how is that relevant to whats going on here?

My point? You make a lot of historical/experiential "mistakes" as hogwart rightfully pointed out several in the previous thread you started which raises a lot of red flags for people you are soliciting for partners.

Tough crowd? Yeah, nobody knows who you are and the more information that comes out, the stranger it becomes.
