Texas taking Texas owned land in West Texas and building a huge permanent housing area 10,000 acres. Individual "houses" will be built and a commissary This will be used to house this next wave of "vetted" Immigrants heading this way. These will be like the Japanese camps after WWII
Thoughts? Abbott approves this??
Hopefully this IS just a scary rumor.

I am sure the news reporting has always been skewed to fit someones political party or other powerful agenda's. Today it is just out of control, blatantly obvious and no accountability for anyone!

Finding personnel to man such an operation would be a tough one. The former Pyote Youth Facility has ready built buildings, and I am guessing enough more adjoining land to fit the bill for 10,000 detainees. The original youth facility was shut down a few years ago, That could easily be the admin offices, add a tent city for the detainees, same as they use as Fort Bliss and Holloman AFB. Activate the airstrip and hire contract planes to haul them home.
