I made some smoked Canadian bacon a few weeks ago, this morning I was finally able to get to my parents house to use their deli slicer. It came out a little salty for my taste buds, but once you add eggs, etc. this dog will hunt.

Never made it for myself. Used store bought for egg McMuffin over the reads.

That looks really good. I made some a while back but much prefer real bacon. It`s actually pretty inexpensive to make since you can buy boneless pork loins for a buck fifty every now and then compared to pork bellies that are 4 bucks a lb.

Yeah I bought them a few weeks ago when H‑E‑B had the pork loins on sale.
