Went to my late season water hole aka "Tank" tonight and scratched out 9 dove. Flight was good from 6-7 p.m.
It's only going to get better from here.

No Dove seen at all. Started seeing them around the house over the last few days, only reason I went out tonight.

[q Been thinking of doing upthat way, been over in denton a few times pretty slow. Had a bow lease afew years ago up near van alst. saw decent numbers a few times. Well sure can't shoot em on the couch,lol

this is on track to be the worst season in the last 8 years.
No Dove seen at all. I hate hearing this TCM3. I'm an APH hunter for the last 4 years, and this year has been my best on record. I have more doves in the freezer now than I've had the prior 10 years combined. Of course, dove wasn't the priority until the last 3 years when I started taking it more seriously. I have had opportunity to limit out on 3 different hunts. I sadly lacked the ability, but so what? It's also helped me lose 25 pounds and counting.
