I have a feeder near by house and I'd like to put a camera out there but know nothing about it. I am not willing to pay any subscription fees, but the camera should be in reach of our wifi network and I'd like to be able to access pics on my phone if possible. If not that's ok. Doesn't have to great quality - just want low price and to have some idea of what's out there eating the corn.

If it is close to the house just go to wal-mart and pick out a little camera there. Most are pretty easy to set up and use nowadays and since it is close you can just go pull the SD card whenever you want to view the pictures. They have 3 or 4 of them from $32 - $49 I've used the wildgame innovations cameras shown here and they work very well for less than $40 https://www.walmart.com/search?q=game%20camera&typeahead=game%20ca&cat_id=4125
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

I have had the ones for under $50 and they seem to work fine.

I'm running a couple of cheap Muddy cam's this year. So far they are working great for $30ea.
