Guy that I made buddies with on my road when I 1st moved in (he installed my garage doors) disappeared. Noticed the work truck his employee drives around vanished. His 3/4 ton. I texted and called him to see if he had the vid or what nada. Ran into his neighbor and asked what the story was. He said that he texted him one day to tell him his dog was out and he said that he moved back to Illinois and he was getting divorced.
Now I’ve noticed that there is an extension ladder and a fiberglass 12 footer laying out there. Is there like. Time frame before I go offer his ex wife 100 for theses ladders?

If there is very much of a mortgage on the home and no kids involved the home may end up for sale. There is no telling what else may get sold. You might as well get in line before somebody else does.
