Just saying. Might want to check into Alabama’s Culverhouse Business school. It’s in the top 50 business schools, public or private.
Getting better every year.
My nephew is just started, very smart kid. Except he’s pledging Pike. They have a 5 year Masters program.
Lot of good out of state kids. No way man, if you have a choice it's Texas all day. Their a top 10 in business.Not according to USA Today's list. UT comes in at #18 1 Stanford 2 U of Penn 3 U of Chicago 4 Northwestern 5T Harvard 5T U Mass 7T Columbia 7T Cal Berkley 9 Yale 10 Dartmouth I've seen them at 5, and 8 this year. It all depends on what ranking you look at. Also look for degree, like my boy was MIS, UT is number 3 in the country for MIS. Or if you are looking into an accounting degree there is no better place then UT they have been number one in the country for a long long time. Finance is also one of their top programs. People from around the country try and get into McCombs.

McCombs School of Business Accounting Program is the #1 ranked program for undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees by US News World Report and by Public Accounting Report. Entrance is tough. The 5 year regimen which provides for a combined undergraduate and masters is daunting.
RT, you stick with your assertion all you want. We didn't think of the TU program as such a big deal until we went to parent day. Literature provided info indicating the average starting salary for graduates who completed their requirements on time (five years) was $120,000. Her first year, she earned $140,000. That was a little over ten years ago. By 30, that had somewhere near tripled.
Like my daughter, many graduates of this program never really get into true accounting. Many become consultants and investment bankers. Yep, the same here. I didn't know McCombs was a big deal until my son got accepted, the wife was the one that told me it was super competitive to get in.

Rankings are incredibly subjective, but US News & World Report is the one that is most widely accepted. Texas has been top 10 for 22 years straight in their rankings. "The McCombs School of Business held steady at No. 5 in the 2021 edition of U.S. News & World Report's undergraduate business program rankings. This is the third time in the last four years that the Texas McCombs BBA has attained fifth place, and the 22nd straight year for it to make the top 10."

I’m just saying there are some growing programs out there. Arkansas, also has some big time donors. Waltons and Jerry Jones are pretty big.
Arkansas is getting tons of Texas conservative talent. Sure it’s less competitive, Arkansas is 1/10th the size of Texas. Several Texas districts have stopped ranking students.

They ain't beatin' Georgia... While I too believe GA will win, I think it will be a squeaker. GA defense can be scored on, and their offense couldn't score against what we now know is a VERY weak Clemson defense. Advantage goes to home field. Congrats pig fans. Your team is legit. Yes Georgia is definitely looming large for the Hogs. I enjoyed watching the Hogs beat the Aggies but I kept looking at the schedule. SEC ain't no cake walk that's for sure.
