Opened up my shop yesterday morning to clean up my tools and trash from several recent projects. I went to push my mig welder back to it's normal spot and found this. It was not there the day before so somewhere in the shop the previous owner was settling into his new skin. There are so many places in a farm shop snakes can hide that every time I reached down to pick up or move something, I would do so carefully to make sure I didn't grab something I did not want to grab. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2021/09/full-26239-312140-shed.jpg)

Yes, it's a rattlesnake skin. If you can zoom in the picture, you can see the diamond back pattern and the black bands at the tail.
