We had a bag of buns left, so the girls voted for sandwiches. I got out one of the packages of pulled pork for them and some shrimp for me. What a great quick dinner, BBQ and po' boys!! To be wild and funky, I coated my shrimp in Grey Poupon mustard (instead of plain yellow), then dredged them in my fried chicken blend of wheat flour and spices. Awesome combo's!!! I hunted antelope in the desert for 12 hours, forgot my food, and lived on coffee the entire time. yes, I did eat BOTH sandwiches!!!
