I got a green wing Mojo the day before opening teal

I put brand new Duracell AA's in it. However, it only lasted one hunt. I took it this morning and it ran for probably 5 minutes then died.

Does anyone else have issues with them burning through batteries? This is my first Mojo

Any suggestions?

I'm debating to maybe take it back and order an elite series or maybe a Lucky Duck

madSorry bout that,i have 2 mojo dove, not a problem one is pretty old. Friends have the duck decoys. Think they have not had prodlems/ at least when we hunted together. All that said, my instructions say not to mix battery types. Hope that helps. So anyway HOW was the hunting???

Did you take the batteries out between hunts.

I agree ^ you should get a lot more than 2-3 hours out of a set.

I’d expect to get at least 2 hunts, more like 3 at that rate. Can always try some lithium batteries. I have a mojo dove that’ll last a good bit longer than that. All my duck spinners are lucky duck, they run on 6v feeder batteries. They’ll last awhile. I’d recommend getting one with a remote that also has the timer option. It’ll run for 10 sec, off for 5, etc
