My sons and I just drew a gun deer either sex hunt for here in November. Any advice would be appreciated. Are there any open areas or is it mostly head high palmetto? Any suggested areas to concentrate on? We'll be bringing my Mule. TIA for any info.

My free advice for Thursday

Carry and liberally apply some high grade insect repellent
such as Ben's or the like, and carry it while hunting to reapply.
I've never been eaten up as bad as at OSB other than the
Big Thicket or se Louisiana

Good Luck
Have fun
Be careful
