The girls get home from Branson tomorrow, so it was time to clean out leftovers from the fridge. Last 10" tortilla, sliced brisket, beans, cheese, lettuce, pico, sweet onions, jalepenos, half an avocado. Jalapeño-Lime sauce and Chollula. A real two-hander.  Our problem here in Idaho is that we can't get a decent avocado for our Mexican food!! They are picked green in Texas, frozen solid, shipped North in an armored car, then put on sale for $2.99 each. When they thaw out, they turn black and get mushy in 2 days!!!! Same with sweet onions.
