I don't know what movie it was attached to; I just saw somewhere that Toby Keith was on a set with Eastwood, had a conversation with him, went back to his hotel room that night, wrote the song, presented it to Clint, he loved it, and put it in the movie.

Should an 80-year-old woman buy another purse or pair of shoes? Absolutely.

In fact, buy a couple more.

It is your money and if you like it, BUY IT!

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

I think that I'm going to start stockpiling ammo for rifles that I don't have. Then when I get to be 80, I'll just say," Why the hell not, I already got the ammo for it."

Even better, some heir is going to enjoy those guns and think about their Grandpa every time they hunt with it.

Make sure it's very light weight. Be sure it doesn't kick. Make sure it's easy to load. I think an 80 year old needs a gun like this!

and at just turned 77 and why I entered 12 drawings so far + looking at couple more before Father Time closes the opportunity to pick and choose anything else that sounds like fun in different Texas Lottery Hunts this year for the first time in a very long time. My only concession has been to sell off the NIB 12 gauge 3" magnum pump gun ( bought a new 5 lb Benelli 20 gauge though) & Magnum rifle shoulder busters that I have not been able to tolerate in many many years since the shoulder surgery to dig out a 1 &1/2lb tumor left me unable to raise my hand above my head in over 15 years until 18 months ago...and have bought or dug out of the back closet hidey hole a couple medium bore shooters that have never been shot much less regular shooters or in the Deep Woods. Got plenty of powder, primers, bullets, brass a new Range Card and only need time to put it all together.
