how can the shot to defend covid 19 be called a vaccine if it isnt considered a vaccine by the CDC?

Funny thing about getting older:
Your eyesight starts getting weaker but your ability to

No problems Ivermectin on a sugar cube works better... Actually, along with a few other things it probably would. I just got news that a “relative” ( he’s my stepmoms son in law) died today and the hospital is calling it a covid death, the hospital also said he had pneumonia and covid 19. How the F they know that?, but his death is covid 19, smh, his wife is demanding an autopsy because she wants to know exactly what killed him, he’s been in the hospital 3 weeks, they wanted ivermectin and the other stuff to go with it but the hospital knew better…. they didn’t start giving it to him until a week ago. Well by then it was too late. People need to wake the F up to what’s going on here.
