OP Blank THF Trophy Hunter B Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 6,330 Nampa, SW Idaho	Got the girls off to Branson Missouri on Wednesday, and headed down to southern Utah desert scouting for a deer tag I have in the Paunsaugunt. Got pretty tired of instant oatmeal in the room, ham&cheese sandwiches in the truck, and microwave spaghetti at 9:00 PM in the motel room again. Glad to be home!! Shrimp and bacon poppers, hollowed out the peppers and then bedded the shrimps in the cream cheese. Baked the shrimp in butter-garlic-jalepeno slices-smoked paprika. Quartered up some charred tortillas to wrap around the shrimp, as mini--tacos!! Smashed avocado since they were over-ripe, with garden tomatoes, and green onions. What an awesome meal!!
