The wife is quite good at setting snares. We drive the fence line looking for holes to snare and she will set/reset a snare as needed.
On a recent trip around she was looking for a snare that was not in the opening and needed reset. As she was digging around an armadillo that had been snared, and was hiding under a small cedar bush, jumped up and started bouncing all over the place while still tethered to the snare. She fell over backwards trying to avoid her snared hole digger. We had a good laugh.

I just started putting a bag of cement down their holes. Tired off refilling holes.
