Bell pepper nachos, bells, taco meat, lime crema, diced “empowered” tomatoes and finely diced jalapeño on top. Can’t stand bell peppers. They always taste bitter to me.....
I’d try it on jalapeños, hatch chilies, or poblanos.....

Can’t stand bell peppers. They always taste bitter to me.....
I’d try it on jalapeños, hatch chilies, or poblanos..... Same here. I usually substitute poblanos whenever I can.

I’d try it on jalapeños, hatch chilies, or poblanos..... Next time you shop for bell peppers, search out the ones that have only 3 "lobes" (instead of the usual 4) at the bottom. Huge difference; bitter taste is not present.
