I usually go to Western Beverage or Pinkies. I have been looking for BT, Eagle Rare and Weller. Kent calls me and says they got em.

Those 3 are hard to find here in West Texas. Looking forward to the others that tagged along from this haul. What can’t be had in your whiskey neck of the woods?

I was a big fan of Eagle Rare when it was $18 for that bottle. Now I drink that Very Old Barton that you have, still a good drink for $16. That 1792 Small Batch is pretty yummy

10-11 years ago, Specs would give me a case discount on Eagle Rare to clear the shelf. There's 6 in a case and often there'd only be 3-4 left on the shelf...but they didn't move very quickly...so they'd honor the case discount for less than a case due to not having volume. Was a spectacular daily

The key to avoiding this is clean tobacco. I made my blends to be enjoyable and not have to look for the cat that [censored] in your mouth the next morning. My manufacturer is also the only one on the planet that PH tests the tobacco for good, clean tobacco! mmm

Just got back from a 2955 mile road trip to see my in laws in WV. Came back through Kentucky so I could hit Maker's Mark Distillery and a liquor store that I wanted to pick up some store picks from. Got New Riff and Knob Creek single barrel store picks. Cant wait to go back to Kentucky without a toddler and do the Bourbon Trail right.

That bourbon trail is an awesome time, did it a few years back.
