My son, who would NEVER get through hunter's safety. Finally finished the course. Took him out dove hunting. 1st shot at flying birds? 2 dove...... one shell. And he pretty much hit most of what he shot at all weekend. Boy is a damn better shot than I
I never hit a "double" like that. And it was just two birds flying in, he didn't shoot into a flock

Great way to start out. You may have to go to the range and practice some.
