Is anyone familiar with the Quigley Shoot held in Montana every June? Just saw a video and it looks like fun.

A little, went there twice in the 90’s. Considered myself a right fair BPCR shooter….until I went there and found I was just a little fish in a big pond lol. Those ID, MT, SD and ND folk really know how to shoot and read the wind, and boy there is a lot of dust and wind in Forsyth!

I had heard about it a few years ago and did some background on it. Found out that there were some very high-end BP rifles at that shoot that are extremely accurate! When the event first started, if was fixed sights only, then they added a division for Vernier sights; but they now have a division for scopes and it is very restricted!

Can't imagine shooting 1000 yards with an iron sight.
