For those who are blessed to have HEB to be their local grocer, they make a bacon wrapped shrimp with jack cheese and jalapeno. I decided that I needed to make garlic butter to dip them in... Yes you think they looked burned but I assure you that bacon is still soft(I don't lie about the culinary desires in life).
Then as all of you know its dove season, so instead of the same ole bacon wrapped poppers I went exotic. So I cooked some hatch chile bacon, used baked cheese(aka bread cheese, you cheese heads will know about this stuff), grilled dove, sliced avocado and jalapenos.
