Looks good. I've got two bellies in the freezer; might pull one out this week and start a batch.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Looks good. I cook mine in oven to. I got 3 bellies at heb last week. Gonna cure 2 of them for bacon .
