Several cowboy series. I an a horse lover myself. Life and Times of Wyatt Earp everyday for me, love them oaters! Leave it to Beaver is great for childhood recollections too...

Green Acres, hands down the best ever. Eddie Arnold plays straight man to a cast of thousands, and a pig.
The Beverly Hillbillies a close second.
Everything else is just good. And there is a lot of good out there.
One of the channels on local cable has been running Hogan's Heros, that has been fun.
