To go along with the other cheese thread. Anybody else besides me like frying high temp cheeses for finger foods?? Very salty taste due to being double-brined, and very nice to nibble on with crackers or meats. Any other brands that you like to use??

Yes, it’s good stuff!

There is another brand of cheese that I buy at HEB, I can’t remember the name now, but I like to throw a block or two of it on the pit when bbq’ ing. It doesn’t melt, but will form a nice dark crust on the outside while staying gooy in the middle. It’s delicious! Put some of that on a charcuterie board and get after it.
