To go along with the other cheese thread. Anybody else besides me like frying high temp cheeses for finger foods?? Very salty taste due to being double-brined, and very nice to nibble on with crackers or meats. Any other brands that you like to use?? ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2021/09/full-22567-308478-0be5e075_be8c_401c_9ad9_ff216835da93.jpeg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2021/09/full-22567-308479-3b82af27_6d47_4c90_b884_a3cfb38ea4a6_1_201_a.jpeg)

Yes, it’s good stuff!
There is another brand of cheese that I buy at HEB, I can’t remember the name now, but I like to throw a block or two of it on the pit when bbq’ ing. It doesn’t melt, but will form a nice dark crust on the outside while staying gooy in the middle. It’s delicious! Put some of that on a charcuterie board and get after it.
