That’s some awfully expensive equipment. Does it really cost more to ship it than it’s worth? How many people were the Generals willing to sacrifice to save some of the equipment? Apparently none.

We would have had to provide security for the huge convoys of civilian mostly Afghans taking our vehicles for us. I’ve seen what happens when they have no security or Afghan security and it’s not pretty.
